The Ultimate Question to the Ultimate Answer to Life, The Universe & Everything

I’m seeing a pattern.

A really, really good pattern.

I am seeing people discuss what happens when this is all over. When COVID-19 is finally mitigated, where will that leave us?

It’s not just China. It’s the whole world.

But it’s always been the whole world. We’ve always been one race, the human race. We’ve always known this. And now, like bratty, spoiled, entitled, self-righteous, and arrogant fools so curious and yet so afraid.

Douglas Adams-well, I should say Deep Thought, to be specific, provided us with a tongue-in-cheek positing of the answer to the ultimate question in his famous Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy novel. Deep Thought, a sentient, ancient AI, is apparently still sitting around waiting for Humanity to get its shit together and sort out the Ultimate Question.

You n me both, girl.

Well, as it turns out, there appears to be a sensible solution for most, if not all of the world’s problems. 42 of them, in fact, so hunker down, this one’s a doozy!

Just kidding!

The answer is simple: no one is better than anyone else based purely on skin tone. Once we get this through our thick white skulls, things will begin to improve. Everyone will be able to relax and concentrate all their efforts on simply enjoying life!

Being a person of good moral character, an altruist at heart, is a good thing because it benefits both the individual as well as society as a whole. What’s good for the goose is not always good for the entire gander. Be mindful of others.

So the Ultimate Question is this:

What are you doing for others ?

Do MORE.
